All Player account balances are maintained in the base currency selected at registration. Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond a period of 48 hours from the original scheduled start time; the odds were manifestly published in error; the bet was placed after the event had already commenced (in the case of pre-match markets); or the event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including PSL cricket matches, international Test and T20I fixtures, and other live sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time and k8game accepts no responsibility for connection delays that may affect a Player's ability to place or amend in-play bets.
For PSL and international cricket markets, k8game follows standard industry cricket betting rules. Where a match is subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, bets on final match outcomes stand provided the minimum required number of overs have been bowled. Specific match and tournament rules are published within the relevant betting market.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k8game Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
k8game reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where k8game has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred, that the account poses a financial risk to k8game, or that additional verification is required.
k8game may permanently close an account where: a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; the Player has failed KYC verification; the account is identified as a duplicate; or continued operation of the account would place k8game in breach of its legal or regulatory obligations. Where an account is closed for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at k8game's discretion.
Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting k8game customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the Player via their last used verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions are met.

k8game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, k8game will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the k8game Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.3.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k8game holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to k8game's internal complaints resolution process.
